While I did not see Jim or Jason, I did see their homes, where Marie parked the car and Wombosi's mansion.
First I went to see where Jim Morrison died, top picture.

At Home In Normandy

I spent a relaxing three days at home in Normandy, Saint Maurice , Bangoles, Domfront and other towns nearby.
I had some good meals, checked on the house got some firewood and had wonderful warm fires in the fireplace,

France Update

No photos yet, no way to upload them at the Cyber Cafe
France is cold and wet, but the food and service are excellent.
I went to Domfront today but the bank was already closed.
Took some pics gathered wood in the forest for a fire at home until I realized they are hunting with guns.
Dinner tonight at the Hotel Gayot and of to Casino De Bangoles, they wont let me take a picture inside.

Its great to be home, just wish the family was with me!

Bad Warsaw Restaurant Service
I do have to say that the Warsaw restaurant crowd really needs some service lessons.
I held off from complaining, I know many of you say Not You, but its been consistent at all restaurants.
The Hilton has had consistently great service, even though its out off the way.
I am off to Paris and Normdandy in a few hours.

I was lucky to find a little of what remains of the Jewish Ghetto walls near my hotel.
The wall and the pictures are a reminder of the terror the Warsaw and Polish people suffered through at the hands of the Nazi's

Warsaw City Tour

Today I took a pretty decent City Tour of Warsaw.
Arranged by the Warsaw Hilton it was good but expensive in a city where most things are cheap.
I made some new friends on the tour a man from Cyprus and Joe from Hobken New Jersey, he works for Bloomberg.t
I have attached some photos and a couple of the a the Jewish Ghetto wall, the wall was not on tour but a block away from my Hotel, pretty moving,,,

Warsaw Tuesday Afternoon

So I went to the big old Russian built tower in the Centrum.
I got caught behind a class of 2nd graders
But then I was told how to get ahead of the line.
Great view of the dank, coal fired Warsaw skyline ,,,it looks like nighttime at 2:30 PM!

No sun the whole trip

Dinner at the Mexican later on, more bad service. Maybe its cultural misunderstanding on my part.

Food was OK, Magerita was excellent.
City tour on Wednesday

Day 2 In Warsaw

Today I went to the Pib Loleck in some park in Warsaw
I was the only person eating lunch at 1:30
And taking a taxi there and back doubled the cost
But the beer was good and the service poor.
Food was good too!

It was warmer than Boston and I finally got my luggage last night.
People are friendly and many speak good English.
I slept late today and went to the gym, I am off too lunch soon and enjoy the photos and video
